Wanneer wordt mijn chocolade verzonden?

Wij verzenden jouw chocolade in brievenbuspakketten op een duurzame manier met Tour de Ville fietskoeriers. De pakketten worden van maandag tot en met zaterdag bezorgd in heel Nederland.

Bestel je op maandag tot en met vrijdag vóór 14:00 uur?
Dan wordt jouw bestelling dezelfde dag nog ingepakt en overgedragen aan Tour de Ville. Direct daarna ontvang je een track en trace nummer, zodat je jouw pakketje kunt volgen. Je ontvangt je pakketje in principe de volgende dag.

Bestel je op maandag tot en met donderdag na 14:00 uur?
Dan wordt jouw bestelling de volgende dag ingepakt en overgedragen aan Tour de Ville. Direct daarna ontvang je een track en trace nummer, zodat je jouw pakketje kunt volgen. Je ontvangt je pakketje in principe binnen 2 dagen.

Bestel je op vrijdag na 14:00 uur, of tijdens het weekend?
Het eerste wat wij op maandag doen, is jouw pakketje inpakken en overdragen aan Tour de Ville. Je ontvangt van ons een track-en-trace nummer, zodat je jouw pakketje kunt volgen. In principe ontvang je jouw chocolade op dinsdag.

Mocht de temperatuur boven de 24 graden Celsius zijn, dan versturen wij jouw chocolade pas op het moment dat het buiten koeler is.
